Wanda Ford Crumpler, PHR, joined Coca-Cola Refreshments in 2009 as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant, responsible for managing employee relations concerns for facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Subsequently, she was promoted to Employee Relations Team Lead, and to Senior Employee Relations Manager, where she has assumed team leadership responsibilities and focused alignment with the CCR Northeast Region and Food Service & On-Premise. Prior to CCR, she has held several HR roles and Finance positions at Walt Disney World and AT&T Universal Card Services. She has also held an adjunct faculty position teaching human resource management. Wanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and her MBA from the University of North Florida.

As Assistant Democratic Leader in the 112th Congress, the number three Democrat in the House, James E. Clyburn is the leadership liaison to the Appropriations Committee and one of the Democratic Caucus' primary liaisons to the White House. Dr. David Rock coined the term 'Neuroleadership’ and is the CEO of the NeuroLeadership Institute, a global initiative bringing neuroscientists and leadership experts together to build a new science for leadership development. With operations in 24 countries, the Institute also helps large organizations operationalize brain research in order to develop better leaders and managers. David co-edits the NeuroLeadership Journal and heads up an annual global summit. He has written many of the central academic and discussion papers that have defined the Neuroleadership field.

In his role as the Director of Social Engagement for SHRM, Midkiff provides strategic leadership and direction to various departments in their efforts to maximize the potential of social media to achieve their departmental and organizational goals. He also works closely with SHRM chapters and state councils across the country, providing them assistance and social media training.    In addition, he is a recognized thought leader on the subject of social media strategy as it relates to employee engagement initiatives.
