Lester S. Rosen is an attorney at law  and CEO of Employment Screening Resources (ESR), a national background screening company.  He is a consultant, writer, expert witness  and frequent presenter nationwide on pre-employment screening. He is the author of “The Safe Hiring Manual,” (3d Edition 2017/826 pages), the first comprehensive book on background screening.  He served as the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA),  served as its first co-chair and received the PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. 

As the first Deputy Director for Learning and Development of the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) Workplace Project, Allyson Robinson drives the design and delivery of HRC’s broad portfolio of training and curricula for corporate and non-profit audiences to improve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) cultural competence and inclusion in the workplace. She first joined HRC as Associate Director of Diversity in 2008. As America’s largest LGBT civil rights organization, HRC strives to end discrimination against the LGBT community and realize the promise of fundamental fairness and equality for all. A native of Scranton, Pa., Allyson is a 1994 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she majored in physics, and holds a master of divinity degree in theology with a capstone emphasis in social justice from Baylor University. She lives with her partner and their four children in Montgomery Village, Md.

Amy Hirsh Robinson, M.B.A., is Chief People Officer for King’s Hawaiian, a global producer of irresistible Hawaiian food. Amy was brought on to King’s Hawaiian to re-envision the employee experience and transform the People function from traditional HR to a strategic driver of business growth. During her time at the company she has worked to radically redefine the purpose, structure and activities of HR with significant results. James and Kelly Robbins are Canada's only husband-wife speaking team.
