Brian J. Glade, SPHR, GPHR is the Managing Director of Global Strategy and the Americas at the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). In this role, he is responsible for membership in North, Central, and South America, as well as serving as Secretary to the AESC Board of Directors.

Prior to joining AESC in May 2011, Brian led global member programs for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). SHRM is the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management. The Society serves the needs of HR professionals and advances the interests of the HR profession. Brian was responsible for educating the Society’s constituents on global human resource management issues; providing guidance in the globalization of SHRM members, products, and services; and representing the Society and the profession abroad. Brian established the SHRM offices in Beijing, PRC, and Mumbai, India. 

Prior to joining SHRM in 1997, Brian worked at Texaco, Inc., corporate headquarters in New York for five years in a variety of positions. As International Human Resources Advisor he was responsible for developing a global approach to Texaco’s human resource policies. As Coordinator for Total Quality Management (TQM) in an operating division, Brian had oversight for developing and delivering TQM and reengineering activities. He also served as a Project Developer responsible for introducing a Texaco-licensed clean energy technology in European markets. 

Previously, Brian worked at the United States Council for International Business, a policy association in New York City representing 300 U.S. companies before international organizations. As Vice President for International Labor Affairs, he served as U.S. Employer Delegate to the International Labor Organization (ILO) where he negotiated labor standards with trade unions and governments. Brian testified before the US Congress on international labor standards. He was also active in shaping social affairs policy before the European Commission in Brussels and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. Brian acquired certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the HR Certification Institute. 

Brian earned his M.A. in International Affairs from the Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University. As part of that program, he studied in Bologna, Italy for one year. His B.A. in Government is from the University of Notre Dame. Brian’s language training includes French, Italian, Spanish, German, and Latin. 

Brian is a frequent speaker at HR management conferences around the world.

Renee Charney, President and Founder of Charney Coaching & Consulting LLC, has over 25 years of corporate experience in coaching, learning, leadership and organizational development. Her expertise includes leadership coaching, team coaching, conversational definition, and mutual relationship analysis. Using this expertise, Renee facilitates both individual and team growth, and leads initiatives that influence ongoing development and change.

Renee holds a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision, with a concentration in business and organizational development, has completed her certification in Leadership Coaching at Georgetown University, and is an ACC certified coach.

Jean-Michel Caye is a Senior Partner & Managing Director in BCG's Paris office.  Jean-Michel is an organization and human resource expert leading the HR/People Advantage and Talent topics for BCG Worldwide. He is also a core member of the Financial Services, Organization and Corporate Development practice areas. Jean-Michel has had numerous experiences in international post-merger integrations focusing on program management, cultural integration and employee communications.  He was named a BCG Fellow in 2011.


 

Jennifer Rhoads, HR Director with The Principal Financial Group, is responsible for execution of HR strategy and leads a global team of HR professionals supporting leaders and employees across the world.  Her knowledge and experience in HR has developed through her work and educational opportunities over the past 20 years in the field.  She received her BA and MBA from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certifications.

Kevin Dooley is the Global Head of People Engagement & Marketing at Deutsche bank. His role is to ensure that the Employer Brand is effectively marketed outside of the Bank and is mirrored internally throughout Deutsche's people processes. Kevin has work experience in both consumer products and financial services industries. He is currently based in New York City and has previously lived in Hong Kong, London and Singapore.

Cynthia leads the firm’s High Tech practice in the heart of Silicon Valley.  As the Managing Partner of the firm’s Northern California practice, she directs the strategic representation of companies ranging from large Fortune 500 companies to small start-up companies in the firm’s “e-group.” She has worked with numerous companies to set up and manage worldwide immigration compliance programs. She also offers legal advice to individual investors (i.e., EB-5).  Cynthia is a longtime Adjunct Professor at Southwestern University School of Law where she has taught since 1988. She also frequently lectures on corporate immigration and, as a thought leader in the industry, she has written numerous articles on business immigration law matters.  Cynthia is also the Managing Partner in charge of the firm’s I-9 Service Center, which offers state of the art electronic I-9 tools and advisory services for proper I-9 and E-Verify completion. She is experienced in government investigations, audits and establishing compliance programs for companies.  Cynthia serves as a member of Fragomen's Executive Committee. Cynthia joined Fragomen over 30 years ago, after beginning her career at the U.S. Department of Justice as an INS trial attorney.

Lynn C. Outwater is a Shareholder in the Pittsburgh office of Jackson Lewis P.C.  The firm’s over 700 lawyers limit their practice exclusively to labor, employment, immigration and benefits law on behalf of management.  She received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University and obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School and holds a Master of Laws (in Labor Law) from New York University School of Law.  Ms. Outwater is a current member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and an inactive member of the New York Bar Association.  Ms. Outwater has been designated as a “Super Lawyer” in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Area from 2004 through 2013 editions of “Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.”  Ms. Outwater was also selected by her peers for inclusion in “The Best Lawyers in America” from 2009 through 2014 in the field of labor and employment law.
