Lauraine received a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and conducted graduate level studies in linguistics at the Sorbonne in Paris.

Joseph (“Joe”) Beachboard is a nationally recognized employment lawyer who also closely tracks the most important developments at the U.S. Supreme Court impacting the business community. Mr. Layman is the executive vice president and chief sales and marketing officer at Gilsbar, Inc., a leading third party administrator and insurance services provider.  During his tenure with Gilsbar, he has shifted the organization's focus to a market-driven thought leader, which has proved to be a great success.  As executive vice president, he is responsible for Gilsbar's corporate direction and vision, focusing on its revenue generating strategies, with an emphasis in marketing employee engagement.
