Susan W. Brecher, Esq. is on the faculty and a Director at Cornell University, ILR Scheinman Institute. In addition, she is a legal consultant, conducts internal investigations, coaches and facilitates in the fields of employment law, employee relations and conflict resolution. For Cornell, Susan manages, develops instructional design and provides training and online instruction for open enrollment, e-learning and customized programs in Employment Laws, Employee Relations, Internal Investigations, Diversity and Inclusion and Conflict Resolution.

Ms. Brecher also was in-house employment Counsel at ABC and NBC and associated with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom and Epstein Becker Green.

Dr. Singleton comes to Marist College from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has held many leadership positions at GW and most recently served as associate dean, where he was responsible for all aspects of School of Business undergraduate programs. 

Singleton has held numerous academic and professional positions throughout his career. He has served as president of the Mid-Atlantic Region of the American Accounting Association, Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Human Resource Certification Institute, and as a member of its Executive and HR Committees. He worked in the audit and National SEC Practice groups of Ernst & Young LLP’s Washington office and was a visiting professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management in France and Peking University in China. He has also served as a consultant to many of the world’s leading companies and organizations, including Cisco Systems, Inc., Harley-Davidson Motor Company, NASDAQ, National Investor Relations Institute, National Geographic Society, Public Relations Society of America, Raytheon, Roche, Siemens Corporation, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, and The World Bank.

Singleton is a recipient of the George Washington Award, the university’s highest, in recognition of exceptional contributions. He has received numerous teaching awards and was recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management on numerous occasions as one of its Annual Conference Top Ten Speakers.

Singleton is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Beta Gamma Sigma, Beta Alpha Psi, the American Accounting Association, the National Investor Relations Institute, and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Singleton received Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. degrees in accounting from Louisiana State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant

 

 

Mark S. Fogel is a national practice leader for Clifton Larson Allen’s Talent Solutions -HR Consulting Practice.. George Bradt has a unique perspective on transformational leadership based on his combined senior line management and consulting experience at companies including Coca-Cola, Walt Disney and Procter & Gamble. Now he is a Principal of CEO Connection and Managing Director of PrimeGenesis, the leading executive onboarding and transition acceleration group he founded in 2002. George is the author of three books on onboarding published by Wiley including The New Leader’s 100-Day Action Plan, as well as a weekly column for Forbes.com, “The New Leader’s Playbook.”

 

George Fleming is the founder of InsightAction and is an executive coach, consultant and trainer to several Fortune 500 companies. Agnes Vivaldi Blumberg, SPHR, CPP joined Coca-Cola Refreshments in 1997 as an Employee Relations Manager, where she provided HR Business Partner support to various Corporate functional groups. She then transitioned into a Field based role as a HR Director in the Northeast. In 2009, she transitioned into a Senior Manager, Field Employee Relations at the beginning of the centralized model where she assumed team leadership responsibilities, and currently has a focused alignment with the CCR Southeast. Prior to joining CCR, she held various HR Generalist roles for Hyatt Hotels and EG&G Services. Agnes earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from James Madison University and her Master’s in Human Resources Management from Marymount University.
