C. R. Wright is a partner in the Atlanta office of Fisher & Phillips LLP. His practice includes advising clients on general labor and employment issues, handling employment-related litigation, and presenting training seminars for managers and supervisors. C.R.’s practice has focused on the representation of employers for more than 18 years. He specifically handles OSHA inspections, affirmative action audits, charges of discrimination, and wage and hour investigations. Lester S. Rosen is an attorney at law  and CEO of Employment Screening Resources (ESR), a national background screening company.  He is a consultant, writer, expert witness  and frequent presenter nationwide on pre-employment screening. He is the author of “The Safe Hiring Manual,” (3d Edition 2017/826 pages), the first comprehensive book on background screening.  He served as the chairperson of the steering committee that founded the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA),  served as its first co-chair and received the PBSA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. 

Barbara J. Miller is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Miller focuses her practice on employment litigation. Ms. Miller has experience representing employers in a broad range of employment matters including race, sex, and disability discrimination; harassment; wage and hour; wrongful discharge; and employment-related class actions. Lorin Mueller, PhD, SPHR, is a nationally recognized expert on occupational and employment testing. He is currently as the managing director of assessment at the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy, a not-for-profit that develops the national licensure examination for physical therapy professionals. Prior to taking that position, Dr. Mueller was a Principal Research Scientist at the American Institutes for Research where he led the development of SHRM’s Assurance of Learning assessment for recent HR graduates. Dr. Mueller has worked on occupational assessments for such diverse occupations as air-traffic controllers, advanced mathematicians, medical school students, and teachers.
