Kyle currently holds the position of Talent Scout at New Belgium Brewing Company where he serves as the in-house recruiter for the Human Resources Department. He has been with New Belgium since March of 2002 where he has held numerous positions within production, purchasing, and Human Resources. Kyle also participates in the many committees offered at the brewery including our Employee Ownership group where he has served as Vice Chair representing New Belgium at various ESOP (Employee Stock Option Program) events. Prior to joining New Belgium he worked as a vendor supplier rep within the packaging raw materials industry. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of Speech Communication from Indiana University Bloomington. When not traveling or hanging out on the New Belgium volleyball courts Kyle can be found spending time with his family enjoying all that the Colorado lifestyle has to offer.

Having gained a post graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute Of Social Sciences (TISS, class of 1979), Radhakrishnan B. Menon went on to accumulate a wide range of experience and accomplishments in Human Resources Management with best-in-class global organizations. Radha (as he is known) has worked for over twenty eight years in the HR function in leadership, strategic and operational roles across diverse businesses, categories and cultures. Radha is currently Managing Director of LBW (Leadership in Business Worldwide) Consulting Private Ltd, a distinctive, Leadership Development consulting company. He was until recently, the Executive Director–Human Resources for Cadbury, Indian Subcontinent. He continues to serve the Board of Cadbury as a non-executive Director. Radha’s career highlights include over seventeen years in exciting HR Leader roles : Executive Director – HR, Cadbury (ISC), Vice President – HR, GE Lighting India, Vice President – HR, GE Plastics India and Vice President – HR, Bausch & Lomb India. He also had early career stints as Personnel Manager, Hindustan Lever and with American Express as Manager- Employee Relations, India & Area. Radha’s experiences involve successful interventions in business start-ups, turnarounds acquisitions and organization transformations. His accomplishments include business partnering, organization design, HR strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, coaching, culture building, industrial relations, employee engagement and CSR initiatives. Well versed in global best practices, Radha has trained in GE Crotonville and also had a 2-year stint in Europe with GE Plastics based in Netherlands. He has interacted extensively in emerging and developed markets in Asia Pacific, USA and Europe and has worked at all four regions in India. Sharing experiences, creative thinking, writing and sports, especially cricket, are his passions. An accomplished conference speaker, Radha is also an avid reader of management and sports books. During his college days he was a successful broadcaster and a Cricket Commentator for All India Radio. Radha has chaired CSR initiatives of global organizations which have resulted in successful community development projects. And now with the creation of LBW Consulting he is all set to contribute to India’s amazing growth story in the world of business.

David Weiner is a partner at Seyfarth Shaw and co-chair of the firm’s Health and Welfare Plans Practice Group. He has extensive knowledge of the legal issues surrounding health care reform and is the senior member of Seyfarth’s cross-departmental Health Care Reform Team. This team of firm lawyers from different practice areas works together to assess the different ways health care reform will impact our clients and develops strategies for response. David has moderated several of the firm’s webinars on health care reform and co-authored many of the firm’s publications in the area.

Julie Baskin Brooks is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with extensive experience in maximizing organizations’ Human Capital through Diversity Leadership, Organizational Development and Change Management. Human Resources career includes leadership roles in IT, Consumer Products, Financial and Consulting industries. Action and results oriented leader with established record of creative problem solving and building high performance teams. Julie has held various HR positions with IBM, Pearl Meyers & Partners, Xerox, Philip Morris (now Altria), GE Capital and Champion International. Julie has also formed and successfully ran her own HR Consulting company, The Human Element. In addition to Julie's corporate career, Julie is a wife, mother, active in her community and an Adjunct Professor at Fairfield University.

Pascal started his career as a Human Resources Professional in 1992 as Administration Officer with the Ghana Chamber of Mines, and later moved to the then Ashanti Goldfields Company Limited (now AngloGold Ashanti Limited) in 1998 as Senior Administration Officer – Industrial Relations at the Obuasi Mine. In March 2003, he was appointed Staff Manager for the Obuasi Mine, and later in June 2003 transferred to Iduapriem Mine in Tarkwa on appointment as Human Resources Manager. In January 2004, Pascal was appointed Senior Human Resources Manager until April 2007 when he was transferred to Accra on appointment as Human Resources Coordinator for Ghana. Following a re-organization of the company in November 2007, he was appointed Divisional Labour Relations Manager for West Africa (providing strategic direction and support in Labour Relations for Ghana, Guinea and Mali operations), a position he held until December 2009 when he got appointed to the position of Head of Human Resources for Ghana. He was later appointed Vice President: Human Resources for Ghana in February 2010, a position he currently holds.

Pascal Kanbonnabah is a holder of Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He also holds an Executive Leadership (ELP) Certificate from the prestigious Graduate Business School of University of Cape Town in South Africa. And is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute. He has recently completed his MBA course work at the Graduate Business School of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in Accra, Ghana.

Pascal is the Chairman of the Human Resources Committee of the Ghana Chamber of Mines, as well as a member of the Council. He is also an honorary member of the Advisory Committee of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration in Accra.

Dr. Ningyu Tang is a professor of Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University. Her current research focuses on culture’s influence on HRM, leadership and change and virtual team learning. She has published papers in organizational behavior and HRM areas and she is also the author of several books, including Human Resource Management and Personnel Assessment: Theories and Practices (in Chinese). She has taught courses such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Compensation Management to students from both academic and professional programs. Dr. Tang has won several awards for her teaching and research in China. She has consulted with more than 10 state-owned companies, joint ventures and private companies in China.

Berry Van Veldhoven is a Shipboard Human Resource Manager in the cruise industry and speaker. Considered by many in the Cruise industry as a subject matter expert on shipboard human resources. Berry has spoken at numerous conferences including HRPA as well as for the Spanish tourism board on the subject of the Cruise industry and employment regulations on board cruise ship. He writes a blog on the topic of HR in the Hospitality industry and often consults for leading hospitality organizations on employment branding and HR and Organizational development.
