Brad is the Founder and CEO of JB Training Solutions. An accomplished public speaker and executive coach, Brad has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil, and has been quoted in: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune, and USA Today. Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed Manager 3.0: A Millennial’s Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management, which you can read in Mandarin (assuming you can read Mandarin).

Prior to creating JB, Brad spent 15 years at advertising agency Leo Burnett in Chicago. Lisa's military career includes 10 years of Active Army duty and 11 years of service with the Army Reserve, including 2-1/2 years of mobilization after the events of 9-11. During her Active Duty time she participated in 3 major engagements (Gulf War, Somalia, and Bosnia). Her Army Reserve career focused on operations and performance management, recruiting, placement, training, and skills development. She retired from the Army Reserve in July 2011 at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Lisa's civilian career capitalized on her Human Resources and Training military experiences into an eight year career at Accenture, a Global Fortune 500 consulting firm. In 2007, Lisa founded The Value Of a Veteran and published an employer guide to recruiting the military. The enthusiastic response to the hiring guide led to workshops for corporate, government and higher education organizations, as well as webinars on critical military hiring topics.

Jody is a brand planner and has spent more than 15 years in senior leadership positions within well-established advertising agencies such as J. Walter Thompson and Omnicom, consulting with major organizations seeking to build and promote successful brands. She has a passion for the latest trends in technology and marketing and has spent her career developing and implementing programs that make the most effective use of both. In her role as President of BRANDEmix, Jody leads the firm in creating brand-aligned programs that connect people to missions, cultures and business success.

Vicki Hess is an expert in employee engagement, team dynamics, and workforce and leadership development. A registered nurse with more than 30 years of hands-on professional experience include healthcare, consulting & sales. Hess is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the speaking profession’s international standard for platform skill.
In 2011 & 2012, Speaking.com named Hess a ”Top 5 Healthcare Speaker”. Hess holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University and was an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University Graduate School of Business for five years. John Fay is an attorney and technologist with a deep applied knowledge of business immigration, I-9 compliance and E-Verify rules and procedures.  During his twenty-plus year career, John has advised corporations, educational institutions, and individuals on a variety of U.S. immigration and I-9 issues.  At the same time, he has also been uniquely involved in information technology, having designed several immigration and I-9 management software applications.

As Director of Product Strategy at Equifax, John provides strategic leadership and direction in the development and support of Form I-9, E-Verify, and immigration case management software solutions.

Lee Webster has been SHRM’s Director of HR standards since February 2008.  In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the development of organizational ANSI and ISO Human Resource standards.

Mark J. Schmit, Ph.D., is the Executive Director for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Foundation. In this capacity he leads the Foundation’s efforts to advance the strategic direction and impact of the HR profession. Dr. Schmit was previously the Vice President of Research for SHRM. Dr. Schmit has more than 25 years of experience in the field of human resources and has also been an academic, applied researcher, HR generalist, and internal and external consultant to both public and private organizations. Dr. Schmit earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 1994. He has published more than 25 professional journal articles and book chapters and delivered more than 75 presentations at professional meetings on HR and Industrial/Organizational Psychology topics. Dr. Schmit is a Fellow in both the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
